Construction of the substation and switchyard continues on site. Multiple cast-in-place foundations have been placed in the substation, and precast foundations have been placed in the switchyard, with continued excavation and backfill.

The month ahead will include continuous work on installing junction boxes and in-line splices, substation and switchyard foundations, and electrical installation. Conduit and grounding installation is expected to begin. The local concrete supplier, Folsom, will mobilize soon to prepare the concrete batch plant for turbine foundation work in the late spring and early summer.
